Do you know what I bloody LOVE?
Getting a room full of people together, many of whom have never met before, and watching them go from feeling a little nervous and unsure to dancing, laughing, connecting and just completely LETTING GO. ❤️
Honestly, it’s one of my favourite things to witness.
And THAT is what Connect & Flow is all about.
Getting out of your head, back into your body, using music and movement.
A space where you can leave all the shit going on in life at the door for a few hours and just BE.
No expectations.
No judgement.
No need to be anything other than YOU.
We’ll have cacao, meditation, music, movement, Reiki, sound healing, mantra, connection and of course, plenty of opportunities to shake your arse. 😂💃🏻
And NO, you don’t need to know how to dance!
This isn’t about looking good or getting the moves right.
It’s about how you FEEL.
It’s about giving yourself permission to let go, express yourself, have some FUN and remember what it feels like to be fully ALIVE.
And one of the BIGGEST things for me?
COMMUNITY. ❤️
Because I know how many people are craving genuine human connection.
People they can be themselves around.
People they can laugh with.
People they can be a little bit weird with. 😂
And if you’re thinking, “I’d love to come but I’ve got nobody to come with” — PLEASE don’t let that stop you.
SO many people come alone.
You don’t need to bring your people. You might just FIND them here. 🫶
And can we talk about the fact that you don’t need alcohol or drugs to experience that feeling of freedom, connection and pure JOY?!
You can experience a bloody amazing natural high just by getting out of your own way, moving your body and allowing yourself to LIVE a little.
