Congregation X are a New Hampshire Seacoast five-piece whose original music blends rock and soul with a strong R&B streak. The band began when guitarist Nevin Brown met vocalist Alexandria Brocato at a local open mic, eventually growing into a full ensemble after taking part in the 2023 RPM Challenge. With Brocato’s soulful lead vocals backed by guitar, upright bass, keys, drums, and additional vocals, they’ve built a groove-heavy sound that has taken them to stages including The Stone Church, Auspicious Brew, Rockingham Ballroom, and The Press Room.
Earthkit are a New Hampshire Seacoast rock duo made up of Jesse Dold and Sean Daniels, built around the challenge of making two people sound considerably bigger than two people. Using drums, bass, synths, guitars, and vocals performed simultaneously with little to no overdubbing, they create a heavy, spacious sound driven by thick guitars, hypnotic grooves, and slow-building tension. Their debut album Evolition introduced that maximalist two-man approach, and they’ve become a regular presence on Seacoast stages alongside bands spanning heavy rock, indie, and experimental music.
