About this Event
What if you could walk into a room and hold people’s attention the way great performers do?
The ability to tell a compelling story is one of the most powerful leadership skills there is.
It’s how ideas land.
How pitches are won.
How teams align.
How people remember what you say.
Yet most communication training focuses on slides, structure and presentation techniques.
This workshop takes a completely different approach.
On Wednesday 15 April, join confidence coach Rosie Dalling, award-winning playwright Nina Segal and West End director Abbey Wright for a one-day immersive workshop exploring how storytelling can transform the way you communicate.
Instead of traditional public speaking training, we borrow techniques from the world of theatre: rehearsal, story development and performance practice.
Because confidence rarely comes from theory.
It comes from practice.
Trusted by organisations including Google, TikTok, Houses of Parliament and Citi.
Who this workshop is for
This workshop is designed for people who regularly need to:
• pitch ideas
• influence stakeholders
• lead teams
• represent their organisation
Or anyone who simply wants to feel more confident and compelling when they speak.
Participants typically include senior leaders, emerging leaders and ambitious professionals who know communication matters and want to get better at it.
What makes this workshop different
Most communication courses focus on presentation techniques.
This workshop focuses on something deeper: story and presence.
Together we explore:
• how to craft a story that people actually remember
• how to speak with clarity and authority under pressure
• how to hold attention without forcing it
• how storytelling naturally builds confidence
Our workshops deliberately mirror the rehearsal process used in theatre.
That means the day is:
• practical
• relaxed
• highly interactive
• playful but purposeful
You won’t sit through slides.
You will experiment, rehearse and try things out, supported by expert coaching.Key dates and location
