Back by popular request, this is an introductory workshop with focus on turning self-doubt into self-confidence, and exploring ways to increase your own confidence. By understanding what self-confidence is, you will better understand how you can build, and start to enjoy the benefits that come with it, including:

- Freedom from self-doubt, fear, stress, and social anxiety
