The BeaYOUtiful Foundation is so excited to launch our Confidence Begins with You Workshop at The Genesis Centre in partnership with Trellis Society and Pamir Canadian Multiculturalism Council. Confidence Begins with You is an empowering workshop designed to help girls and non-binary youth ages 9–13 nurture a loving relationship with themselves through self-care and self-compassion, while discovering the joy of meaningful friendships and connection. This workshop is about giving youth the tools and confidence to care for themselves, support one another, and build genuine connections within their community.
What participants will experience:
- A safe and welcoming environment led by trusted mentors.
- Reflection activity rooted in the values of confidence building.
- Activities that support leadership skills
- Meaningful connection with peers and Soul Sisters.
