NEVI-EVY Final Conference 2026
Youth, Employment and Disability: Towards More Inclusive Futures
Join us in Málaga for an international conference exploring innovative approaches to improving employment opportunities for young persons with disabilities across Europe.
The NEVI-EVY Final Conference will bring together researchers, policymakers, public institutions, employers, civil society organisations, disability advocates and young people to discuss practical solutions for more inclusive labour markets.
The conference will present the main results of the European project NEVI-EVY – NEETcraft Initiative: Innovations for Empowering Youth with Disabilities, including its innovative Job Crafting methodology, which helps adapt employment opportunities to individuals' skills, needs and aspirations.
