Conely Library Tour and Tea. (RESERVATION REQUIRED)

Ever wondered what lies beyond the reading and meeting rooms of a cinema-set Carnegie library?The Detroit Public Library invites you on a tour of one of the system’s oldest buildings: the Edwin Conely Branch. Guests will receive access to public and staff areas during this docent-led tour. Learn about the history of the building, the library, and the community during this one-of-a-kind event. Tea and snacks will follow the tour’s conclusion.Groups of three to eight members can make appointments for the following dates listed below. Call the library to make your reservaton! Space remains limited.
