About the Experience
Join us at Humankind for an intimate evening of inquiry, original music, storytelling and heartfelt connection with Swedish singer-songwriter Carl Jonas, featuring an opening performance by Abigail Earthshine.
Nearly 20 years ago, Carl experienced a sudden awakening of the heart while exploring the simple yet profound inquiry into the notion of “I AM.” Within hours, the joy that emerged began expressing itself through music—and a new path as a singer-songwriter was born.
During the first part of this experience, Carl will guide us through the same potent inquiry that opened his own heart and transformed the direction of his life. Guests will be invited to slow down, turn inward and explore the presence beneath the stories and identities we carry.
The evening will then unfold into a live concert featuring Carl’s heart-activating original songs, along with the captivating stories and experiences behind the music.
With beautifully crafted lyrics, memorable melodies and a warm, earthy voice, Carl creates music that celebrates openness, joy and the aliveness of the present moment.
Abigail Earthshine will open the evening with a selection of her own heart-centered songs. She will also join Carl with vocal harmonies during portions of his performance, bringing her extraordinary voice and expressive presence into this intimate musical experience.
Come as you are and gather with us for an evening centered around music, awareness and the heart of being.
