En nuestra comunidad, compartiendo nuestras historias nos ayuda a recordar que no estamos solos en nuestras experiencias. Storytelling is empowerment and connection, and now more than ever, we are in need of both. Sharing our lived experiences is breaking cycles of silence, honoring our roots, and holding space for the joy, love, pain, and grief that come and go.
We created this event with the vision to provide a space for our community to share their stories and experiences, whether its an original piece or just a piece that deeply resonates with you. We invite you to come out to perform, drink a Cafecito, and hear from other Latinos as they share their stories en voz alta.
