In addition to challenging your negative core beliefs and promoting self-acceptance and self-love, this workshop provides you with tools and practices to help you continue to build and sustain confidence outside of the workshop environment.
This workshop is for you if you:
1) Have a body (of any shape, size, etc.); and,
2) Have the desire to feel radiant and unapologetically confident in your own skin!
