Join The Light Side Therapy Practice for Compassion in Action!
We are super excited to be hosting a restorative compassionate wellbeing session with the Light Side Practice, guided by two Clinical Psychologists.
This event combines Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), gentle movement in the form of a nourishing 50 minute yoga class, and an hour session hosted by Clinical Psychologists to explore the flows of compassion, how we offer compassion to others, receive it from those around us, and nurture it within outselves.
Whether you're new to youga or familiar with compassion pracices, this wellbeing session is designed for all levels. Come as you are, leave feeling calmed, more connected, and better equipped to support both yourself and others.
What to expect:
- Gentle, inclusive yoga flow
- Evidence-based insights from Clinical Psychologists
- Practical strategies for everyday wellbeing
- Community and connection, to be enjoyed with a free coffee and pastry
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- A notepad & pen
- We will be providing yoga mats but if you feel more comfortable bringing your own, then please do.
