About this Event
COMPANION Woodland Yoga.
2 hours immersed in nature.
A walk through the woodland,
a guided yoga class surrounded by trees,
shavasana cocooned in your borrowed organic cotton bivvy,
and then back through the forest,
homeward bound with your new companions.
Spend Sunday morning with us breathing in the trees, stretching under the canopy, and cocooning in a COMPANION bivvy. You might also walk away with a new companion/friend.
WHAT TO BRING?
Comfortable clothing for yoga
Sensible shoes for walking through the forest
Cosy layers [e.g. a warm blanket, a little pillow/rolled up jumper to prop up your head] for cocooning in your borrowed bivvy bag (we will provide a bivvy for the session). We will be walking for 30 minutes before we practice yoga, so bring enough to stay warm but not too much to carry.
A bottle of water is always a good idea
DETAILS:
9am start time from the Lookout car park.
We'll take a 30 minute stroll to where you'll be led through a 1 hour yoga session by @megmatthewsyoga
Open to all - come solo or bring a companion
For those who already love the outdoors, or want to get out there more. And those who love yoga, or want to give it a go with a great group.

We want you to experience this magic, but we're also here simply to encourage more time in nature. We're running a series of Autumn events - incredibly unique experiences created in collaboration with wonderful wellness facilitators.
