Spend the afternoon and evening immersed in Japanese culture with live entertainment, delicious food, cultural demonstrations, and family-friendly activities throughout the Conservatory grounds.

The evening concludes with the festival's signature lantern lighting, as hundreds of floating paper lanterns illuminate the Japanese Garden pond and Frog Pond in a peaceful tradition honoring ancestors and celebrating community.

Please note: Advance ticket purchase is required. Cash will not be accepted at the gate. If you arrive without a ticket, you may purchase one by scanning a QR code at the entrance using your phone and a credit card.

A complimentary shuttle will run throughout the event between the Saint Paul Public Schools District Service Facility (1930 Como Ave.) and the festival grounds.
