The Saratoga Farmers’ Market and Yoga Mandali invite you to free community yoga classes on Saturdays, from 7:45–8:45 AM, next to the Governor Spring pavilion at High Rock Park. Led by certified instructor Himanee Gupta, these gentle, all-level classes blend movement, breath, and mindfulness, drawing from Kripalu yoga, rejuvenating practices, chakra awareness, and reiki. Surrounded by fresh food, nature, and community, each session is designed to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and energized. Free to attend, with donations gratefully accepted. Register online through Yoga Mandali or join us on-site.Classes will be held weather-permitting. If there is rain or inclimate weather, classes will be cancelled.
