About this Event
NEW TIME starting October 28: Wednesdays, 6-7pm (formerly 7-8pm).
Join Lauren "Lala" Tutuny (CYT-300), creator of Luna Yoga, on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7pm in the Sanctuary at Common Street Spiritual Center for an all-levels Hatha Vinyasa Yoga practice inspired by the rhythms of the moon. Rooted in classical yoga and guided by the current lunar phase and zodiac sign, each class invites you to align with the natural cycles that shape both the world around us and the landscape within.
We begin with a shared moon mantra intention and flow through breath, mindful movement, and meditation, with melodic healing frequency music that encourages self-inquiry, release, and renewal. Through somatic movement and accessible Hatha Vinyasa, you'll unwind physical and emotional tension, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate greater balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you're new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, come as you are and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and illuminated from within.
Community Yoga is donation-based and all are welcome. Suggested donation: $15 for CSSC members, $20 for guests. Pay what you can. Donations are collected at class. Walk-ins and all experience levels are welcome.
