We’re hosting a free Community Welcome Week!
What does that mean?
A full week of coached group classes, giveaways from local businesses, and a chance to experience what we do without pressure or obligation.
The goal is simple:
To lower the barrier to getting started, give people a safe first step, and help you make an informed decision about what kind of health and fitness support may be right for you.
Who is it for?
Anyone who is curious about strength training, aerobic fitness, and building a healthier life through sound principles, thoughtful coaching, and sustainable progress.
You do not need to be in shape before you start.
During the week, you can expect:
• Beginner-friendly, professionally coached workouts
• Movements adjusted to your current abilities and needs
• A welcoming community
• A good environment - and yes, I’m admittedly biased
• Space to bring us your health and fitness questions
• A chance to experience how we coach, communicate, and meet people where they are
This is not about quick fixes or forcing everyone into the same program.
It is a chance to learn, try something new, meet good people, and see whether our group classes align with what you are looking for.
We’ll also be giving away gift cards and prizes from local businesses because healthier communities are built when local people and businesses support one another.
