It’s an exciting time, as Alcove is currently developing a strategic plan, with support from Evolved Organizational Development. This process will help us reflect on how Alcove has evolved, clarify our priorities for the future, and develop a strategic plan to guide the organization's next chapter.
Through the Community Strategic Planning Session, we will gather insight from our attendees, partnered artists, space bookers, and more community members regarding key community-facing strategic questions that have emerged from our discussions. We hope the resulting strategy reflects the aspirations, needs, and experiences of Alcove's broader community!
