Community Story Exchange

We build connection by hearing each other’s stories and trying to see the world through someone else’s eyes. The Story Exchange brings both together in one simple, powerful workshop.

Here’s how it works:

• Participants share their stories with a partner.
• In a small group, each person steps into their partner’s shoes and retells their story in the first person.
• A Narrative 4 facilitator guides a conversation about what participants learned, how their perspectives shifted, and what they came to understand about one another.

At its heart, it’s about listening, understanding, and seeing each other a little differently!
