About this Event
On Wednesday, November 25th, 2026, please join us to celebrate the launch of our six-part Social Purpose Real Estate (SPRE) video training series. Created in partnership with the Community Housing Transformation Centre, and guided by cross-sector leaders in community real estate development, this series explores themes of organizational readiness, project governance, community engagement, capital, partnerships, and what it takes to bring these projects through ideation to operation.
This event will explore the question: "What does it take for more community organizations to secure, create, steward, and sustain the spaces their communities need?"
Through the series screening, a moderated conversation with SPRE leaders, and facilitated networking, we are excited to convene nonprofit housing and community-development organizations, funders, public-sector partners, researchers, and SPRE program alumni to explore innovations and strategies in social purpose real estate.
This series was made possible through the generous funding and partnership of the Community Housing Transformation Centre.
