Pause. Breathe. Let go of the holiday rush.Join Amanda and Erika for a peaceful community sound journey... a chance to step away from the planning, shopping, and expectations and give yourself a moment to rest.
Let the sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs accompany you as you settle in, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
There’s nothing to accomplish and no experience needed. Simply come as you are.
This gathering is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis.
Give what feels accessible to you and make room for a little quiet this season.
