Come sing with us!
Join us for an afternoon of simple, beautiful and nourishing songs. Sophie, Amahla and Penelope are experienced song leaders with Toronto Community Singing, a collective of song leaders who have been hosting community song circles for over 2 years. As well, the three of them have been leading song circles for women and new moms in Toronto's east end.
Everything is taught by ear, so there's no sheet music, no lyrics to memorize, and no pressure to "get it right." We sing for the joy of singing together, not for performance. Whether you sing in the shower, sang in a choir years ago, or have been told you "can't sing" (you can!), you belong here.
