Community Research Action Celebration (CPAR)

This in-person event brings together community researchers from CPAR cohorts 1–3, alongside NHS, ICB, VCSE and system partners, to celebrate the impact of community participatory action research (CPAR) and to strengthen connections between communities and decision-makers.

The day will focus on community research stories, lived experience and learning, creating space for meaningful dialogue, networking and shared reflection. Rather than formal presentations, the event will use conversational formats and facilitated discussions to support equal participation and honest exchange.

The event aims to:

• Celebrate and showcase the impact of community-led research
• Strengthen the visibility and credibility of community researchers
• Create genuine networking opportunities with system partners
• Support confidence, learning and connection across CPAR cohorts

This is a celebratory and collaborative event, designed to be inclusive, welcoming and interactive.
