About this Event
Join us for a peaceful afternoon of Community Reiki at Roots Parlor. This group experience is designed to help you slow down, reset , and gently reconnect with yourself as we transition into spring.
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation, followed by hands-on (or hands-off) Reiki offered in a shared space. Complimentary tea will be available, and there will be time to settle in and connect quietly in community.
This gathering is open to anyone -whether you’re new to Reiki, curious about energy healing, or simply in need of rest and renewal.

Hi, I’m Jasmine 🤍
I’ve been initiated into energy healing practices since 2016 and have been devoted to supporting others through grounding, gentle, heart-centered work ever since. As a Reiki Master and holistic birth doula, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to soften.
My approach is calm, intuitive, and rooted in nervous system care. I believe healing doesn’t have to be intense to be powerful — sometimes it’s simply about having permission to rest in a supportive room.
I’m honored to hold this space for you.
