Join a warm gathering of neighbors who are curious or already practicing a whole-food, plant-based diet. Bring a homemade plant-based dish to share, your plate, silverware, and cup, and a couple bucks to thank St. Luke's for hosting us. At 5:30, you can learn how to cook easy, delicious, and healthy foods. And you'll enjoy tasting samples that you can enjoy guilt free.
At 6:00, the potluck begins.
At 7:00, we discuss the good news in St. Pete -- St. Pete TimeBank, Breezeway co-op housing, free yoga classes, neighbors helping neighbors, resource sharing, etc. Scot Seaman will be updating us on his Breezeway Co-op housing project
Hope you can join us for this hopeful, healthy, happy evening!
