The Community Police Oversight Board meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, except in July and December (City Council Recess). Meetings are held at Dallas City Hall, 1500 Marilla, City Council Chambers (6EN), or City Council Briefing Chambers (6ES). There is also a virtual meeting option via WebEx. Meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. Anyone requiring auxiliary aids, services, and/or translation to fully participate in the meeting should notify the Office of Community Police Oversight (OCPO) by calling (214) 671-8283 three (3) business days prior to the scheduled meeting. A video stream of the meeting will be available twenty-four (24) hours after adjournment by visiting https://dallastx.new.swagit.com/views/113.
Individuals and interested parties wishing to speak may request in advance of the meeting until 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. You can request to speak by contacting the OCPO by calling 214.671.8283 or [email protected]. However, if you miss the deadline to sign up to speak before the meeting, you can sign up in person at City Hall or via WebEx. Public comment is heard at the beginning and end of the CPOB meetings.

Instrucciones para la reunión (en persona y en línea):
Las reuniones de la Junta de Supervisión Comunitaria de la Policía se llevan a cabo el segundo martes de cada mes, excepto en julio y diciembre (receso del Ayuntamiento). Las reuniones se llevan a cabo en el Ayuntamiento de Dallas, 1500 Marilla, en las Cámaras del Concejo Municipal, 6EN o en las Cámaras de Información del Concejo Municipal, 6ES. También existe la opción de una reunión virtual a través de WebEx. Las reuniones comienzan a las 5:30 p.m. Cualquier persona que requiera ayuda auxiliar, servicio y/o traducción para participar plenamente en la reunión debe notificar a la Oficina de Supervisión Comunitaria de la Policía (OCPO) llamando al (214) 671-8283, tres (3) días hábiles antes de la reunión programada. Una transmisión de video de la reunión estará disponible veinticuatro (24) horas después del cierre en https://dallastx.new.swagit.com/views/113.
Las personas que deseen intervenir podrán solicitarla con antelación a la reunión, hasta las 12:00 horas del día de la reunión. Puede solicitar hablar comunicándose con OCPO llamando al 214.671.8283 o enviando un correo a [email protected]. Sin embargo, si no cumple con la fecha límite para inscribirse para hablar antes de la reunión, puede inscribirse en persona en el Ayuntamiento o mediante WebEx. Los comentarios del público se escuchan al comienzo y al final de las reuniones del CPOB.
