Join 1st Church as we host our first “Community Pet Celebration” on October 11 on the front lawn. This event is open to the whole community (and their pets, of course), not just church members.We will have stations with different activities. From handing out pet treats, to free giveaways and raffles for pet store gift cards to making an animal-themed craft. There will even be a photo booth for you and your furry friends. The pastors will be also available to lay a blessing over your pet.
So invite your neighbors, bring your pets, and join us in celebrating!
MUST KNOW:
- All animals must be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Dogs must be on leash attached to a collar or harness
- Cats and other pets must be in an enclosed carrier
- Do not bring pets that are not good around other animals or humans
- 1st Church will be collecting donations of pet food for the Washington County/Johnson City Animal Shelter during the celebration.
