The City of Helena hosts monthly listening sessions to help create meaningful dialogue between residents, city staff, and the Commission on the issues that matter most to our community. Each monthly session will center on a featured topic of high relevance or impact.
Relevant staff and members of the Commission will attend each session to listen, engage, and better understand resident priorities and perspectives. Dates, times and topics will vary month to month. To view upcoming events, visit https://beheardhelena.com.
The session this month is titled “Where the Money Comes From & How It's Spent,” and will be held at 5 p.m. at Headwaters Crafthouse on Sept. 30.
To broaden participation, a dedicated feedback form on the City’s “Be Heard Helena” public engagement portal will be available for every session. Community members may submit questions, comments, and suggestions both before and after the event, ensuring input is captured even if attendance is not possible.
