Community Hike with Restore Yoga

This 2.6-mile hike takes us through a redwood forest in the hills over Vila Montalvo. The route has a couple of heart-pumping ascents, though not too long, and is mostly shaded. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing for walking and trail-appropriate shoes. Consider bringing hiking poles to help stabilize you and a sun hat. Don’t forget to bring water! There are bathrooms available at the trailhead parking lot. Once our hike is complete we will do some light stretching and a quick gratitude circle at Vila Montalvo.

We gather at YogaSix Saratoga and then we have an option to Carpool.
