Join Legacy Ministries Worship Center and community partners, National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Incorporated, Greater Jacksonville Chapter, Pink Ribbon Jax and Walgreens, for a FREE Community Health Fair dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and prevention for individuals and families throughout Jacksonville!
Enjoy access to valuable health information, wellness resources, and community services in a welcoming environment. Services and educational resources will include blood pressure information, diabetes information, cancer awareness, mental health resources, nutrition education, immunizations, and other services.
No Cost Mammograms will be provided in partnership with Pink Ribbon Jax and Ascension St. Vincent’s. and Immunizations and other services provided by Walgreens. Register here to schedule your mammogram appointment:
