Join us for a beautiful Sunday Funday afternoon of community healing through movement, connection and sound. Tucked back in a private field in the village of Yellow Springs, we gather as a community with the intention of healing and connection. We start by moving stored and/or stagnant energy through dance therapy led by Debra Schoepflin.
After connecting to our bodies, we move to connecting to our mind and spirit through a heart coherence mediation with Jen Mulvaney. Using the power of meditation to not only heal ourselves but our community and the world. We end in a beautiful sound journey with Wendy Bird, as she blends relaxing sounds that allow our bodies and minds to drift away while the frequencies bring healing hertz.
Bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets and anything you need to find comfort as we will be lying on the ground in the fresh autumn air under the canopy of the sky.
It’s encouraged to bring a healthy snack for the group to share as we commune after for grounding and community.

This is a donation based circle with a suggested donation of $20, but please pay what you can if you can. We want everyone to feel welcome. All genders, ages, religions, races, and experience levels. This is for COMMUNITY & HEALING!
