Led by Certified Personal Trainer Pastor David Hull-Frye, these classes are designed to offer adaptable exercises for all abilities, focusing on functional health and longevity.
Whether you are stepping onto the gym floor for the very first time, looking to maintain your independence, or wanting to stay active alongside your family, there is a place for you here.

* **Fridays** at 9:00 am

* *Please use the 24th Street Parking Lot for easy access!*
