About this Event
What does a secure energy future look like for everyday Americans? Current Duke students are invited to join Energy Week at Duke for a community dinner and moderated panel on energy affordability, grid reliability, and the evolving regulatory landscape. The discussion will explore how infrastructure investments, market conditions, and policy decisions affect household energy costs and reliable access to electricity.
Panelists John Gajda, Nathan White, Maureen Quinlan, and Maura Farver will join moderator Jackson Ewing to discuss the challenges and opportunities of a changing grid. Enjoy dinner, connect with fellow students and energy professionals, and consider how we can meet changing energy needs while protecting consumers and strengthening communities.
This event is part of Energy Week at Duke University (Nov. 9-13), organized by dozens of students from degree programs across Duke. Learn more about other Energy Week events that might interest you: energyweekatduke.org.
