Community Cuddles — November 1
Community Cuddles is a guided, consent-centered gathering for authentic human connection.
Together we'll explore clear communication, boundaries, giving and receiving an authentic yes or no, making requests, changing our minds, and discovering what connection feels right for us.
The workshop culminates in optional community cuddling, where participants can put these practices into action.
Singles, couples, and friends are all welcome. You choose whether, how, and with whom you participate in touch. Everything is optional, and you never have to cuddle to belong.
We also offer a Solitude Zone, a designated no-touch, no-invitations-to-touch space where participants can rest, observe, or simply be with themselves while remaining part of the gathering.
Community Cuddles is not a dating or hook-up event. It is an opportunity to practice consent, authentic communication, boundaries, and human connection in a supportive community environment.
Facilitated by Rob Patton, MDiv, founder of Heart Man Healing Arts, with a background in clinical and hospice chaplaincy, mediation, ritual facilitation, Reiki, and professional cuddle training and mentorship.
