Hi! I'm Stas, a foreign civilian living in Tartu 🌻. Over the past six months, I've spent a good time reading the crisis preparedness materials available in Estonia.The goal of this event is to quickly bring foreigners, students and expats up to speed on what is currently being communicated, what practical aspects may be missing (based on UA experience), and what you can do to better prepare yourself. Everything will be presented in a simple, easy-to-follow format in a session of up to one hour.
