About this Event
Workshop
Join us for a hands-on ceramics workshop exploring surface design inspired by textiles. Using inherited and found fabrics, including lace, embroidery, doilies, and patterned cloth, participants will create textured designs on a functional ceramic plate. We will be using glazes and underglazes. Through clay we’ll reinterpret the stories, patterns, and traditions embedded in everyday textiles to create unique, food-safe plates.
