Community Care Sound Bath: The Anniversary Wellness Experience

For the past year, the Community Care Sound Bath has been more than a wellness event. It has become a space to breathe, soften, connect, and experience what it feels like to be held in community.

Join us for the Community Care Sound Bath: The Anniversary Wellness Experience, an afternoon centered on sisterhood, wellness, mindfulness, rest, and collective care. This special celebration will feature local wellness practitioners and vendors, movement, a community reading, curated music, and a closing sound bath led by Breezy Movements.

Come early to explore the wellness marketplace, connect with other women, support local businesses, and enjoy an afternoon intentionally created for Black women.

Whether you’ve been part of Community Care from the beginning or this will be your first time joining us, there is space for you here.
