✨The Community Shala is launching with our first "Community Calm" event - a guided nervous system reset and gentle relaxation session.✨📅 Community Calm will be held on the first Thursday of every month at 8pm.
📍Join us in the Sorting office, Haverhub, Haverfordwest.
💛 Each session, we create a safe space for members of the community to explore grounding and presence, techniques that help reset the nervous system, as well as guided relaxation practices.
⏰ Sessions are ticketed and last between 30-40 minutes.
There are free ticket options for those who need it and pay it forward options for those who can contribute more, please select the correct ticket for your circumstances.
