🌬A community that breathes together, heals together.
✨️ Your invited to a collective healing gathering at Fox Cities Wellness Center. Come and explore your breath within a safe and supportive space.
When we allow ourselves the time to be fully present within our breath, healing happens. Rather it be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual blocks, together we release them with our breath. As we breathe we embody our spirit, we embody the spirit of our breath. Healing doesn't have to be an isolated, individual journey. Sometimes, the best way back to ourselves is through the shared rhythm of the community around us.
Leading, breathing and holding space along side you is Miranda Pollnow.
"Breathwork comes in many forms and in all forms it connects our physical body to our emotional body, to our spiritual body/soul. Our breath is the first thing we have when enter this earth and the last thing we do when we leave. It is our responsibilty to care and nurture this gift of breath while we walk this earth.
