We’re back for another K.I.N.D. Ride for Miles — and this one has a special purpose. 💗Join me on Saturday, October 17th at 8:00 AM for our Ride/Run for a Cure at the Tamarac Sports Complex, in collaboration with Mile Tone Run Club.
Whether you ride, run, walk, or simply come out to support, this morning is about bringing our community together for health, awareness, encouragement, and a great cause.
We’ll also have Coach Kiamesha Wilson leading our stretches beginning at 8:15 AM, so come ready to move and have a great time together!
