Community acupuncture is a relaxed, shared treatment where several people receive acupuncture at the same time in one quiet, peaceful room. You stay fully clothed and rest in a comfortable chair. Steve places a small number of very fine needles in your arms, legs, ears, and head, and then you settle in and rest for about 30–40 minutes. Many people drift into a deep, calm state, and there’s something special about resting together. No experience needed; just wear loose clothing that rolls up past your elbows and knees.
