Committed & Connected: A Touch, Talk, Trust Experience for Couples is more than a workshop. It is an intentional space for couples to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to move through life as a team.
This intimate experience is designed for couples who want to rebuild trust, improve communication, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, and create new moments of connection. Through guided conversations, playful connection activities, reflective exercises, and a relaxing couples stretch session, partners will have the opportunity to listen more deeply, communicate with greater care, and reconnect in a meaningful way.
Couples will leave with practical tools they can use beyond the event to support trust, closeness, and continued growth at home.
As a special gift, each couple will receive a complimentary exercise mat to support their ongoing stretching, connection, and wellness practices together.
Doors open at 10:00 a.m. so couples can settle in, enjoy light refreshments, and connect before the experience begins. The program will start promptly at 10:30 a.m.
