Kelly Rizzo
Kelly focuses her practice on helping clients with the acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of commercial real estate. She works closely with corporate teams to support ongoing real estate acquisitions, particularly in the healthcare sector. Kelly has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting commercial leases, as well as advising lenders on loan documents and NDAs. She is also skilled in reviewing project due diligence and maintains an active pro bono practice.
Andrew Vining
Andrew Vining advises businesses at every stage of the corporate lifecycle, from formation to growth and expansion. He supports clients with capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and contract negotiations. Andrew also has experience in commercial leasing and real estate transactions across multiple states. Known for his practical and solutions-driven approach, he helps clients navigate legal complexities with clarity and confidence, including during disputes and litigation.

Street parking is also available directly in front of the building and has a 2-hour limit. These spaces are metered and payment can be made through the ParkMobile app.
An overflow parking lot is located beside the building and offers additional parking at prevailing rates.
