Coming Home to the Body is an interactive energy workshop series created to help you reconnect with your body as a source of safety, wisdom, and spiritual power.

Part One: Rooted in Self explores the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras—the energetic centers connected to grounding, belonging, creativity, desire, confidence, and personal power. Through embodied exploration and practical energy work, you’ll deepen your awareness of these centers and learn how to nurture a stronger sense of safety and connection within yourself.

You do not need prior experience with chakras or energy work. Come as you are and leave with practices that support you in feeling more grounded, empowered, and at home in your body.
