Hello Neighbors!
Join us for a soundbath and guided meditation on "belonging" at our upcoming 3rd Culture Meetup on Saturday, October 24 at 10 AM in Irvine.For those of us who grew up between cultures, the idea of home can sometimes feel complicated. We may belong to many places, but still wonder, “Where is home?” or feel like we don’t fully belong anywhere. We’ll slow down, check in with ourselves, and explore what home and belonging mean to us and how we can feel more at home within ourselves and with each other. Dr. Jennifer Au will guide us through meditation, sound healing, and tea.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear something comfortable.
