What does it truly mean to come home to ourselves?
So often, we get caught up in our thoughts, emotions, worries, expectations, and the many different parts of ourselves trying to manage life.
Over these two days, we will gently explore our parts – the different aspects of ourselves that have developed through our experiences and may try to protect, manage, or help us navigate life.
Alongside this, we will explore Self – a deeper sense of who we are, and the qualities of kindness, curiosity, compassion, calm and connection that can emerge when we are able to listen to ourselves differently.
Through body awareness, meditation, mindfulness, compassion and gentle exploration of our inner parts, we will have the opportunity to slow down, listen and become more aware of what is happening within us.
This is not about fixing ourselves or becoming someone different.
It is an invitation to listen, explore and reconnect with ourselves – perhaps discovering that there is more space, wisdom and compassion within us than we realised.
