Coming Home - A support Group for Meeting the Missing Experiences from the Earliest Beginnings

Before the World Told You Who to BE

Before You Had Words, You Had Needs

Before you had memories, language, or even breath — you had needs.

They were primal. Fundamental. Very Young. Sacred.

Woven into your cells and nervous system.

Forming the foundation of who you would become.

When those longings get triggered—they are the very catalyst to your spiritual awakening and evolution.

This is more than a support group—it’s a space to gently tend to the unmet needs from your earliest beginnings.

So many of us grew up feeling unseen, unsupported, or disconnected. The ache of belonging, of safety, of truly mattering… still lingers.

You’ve probably done the therapy.

You read the books.

You worked on yourself so much.

And yet…

That ache is still there.

The ache of not quite belonging

The loneliness of always shrinking yourself

The fear that if people really knew you, you’d be too much

The exhaustion of abandoning yourself over and over

This is the wound of early beginnings and unmet needs — the one that started before you had words. When no one came. When no one showed up. When the love and safety you needed never arrived.

The real trauma isn't so much what happened but that no one showed up for you when it did.

The Coming Home Circle is where we change that.

Who This Is For:

  • This circle is for the Soulful Seekers and the Sacred Misfits:
  • The ones who experienced developmental (pre-verbal), birth and attachment trauma, oppressive parenting, neglect and relinquishment.
  • The ones who feel ungrounded, even after years of inner work
  • The ones who feel isolated, misunderstood, and distrustful of life
  • The ones who secretly long to be seen, held, welcomed — just as they are
  • If that’s you… you belong here.

What You’ll Experience:

Each 90-minute gathering will include:

  • Sharing + discussion — space to speak your truth without fear of rejection
  • Embodied practices — somatic therapy, neuroaffective touch, and family constellations
  • Themes that meet your deepest longings — safety, trust, love, connection, self-expression, belonging etc...

We gather together on yoga mats, creating a safe circle where you can:

  • Be seen
  • Be held
  • Be welcomed
  • Belong

Why This Matters

You’ve been told your whole life to shrink yourself and who to be to fit in.

But true belonging doesn’t come from shrinking — it comes from expanding into who you really are.

When you enter the Coming Home Circle, you’ll begin to…

  • Feel safer in your body
  • Trust life more deeply
  • Express yourself without apology
  • Rewrite your earliest beginnings with love
  • Finally come home to yourself

If you don’t tend to these unmet needs… they stay.

The triggers.

The self-abandonment.

The loneliness.

The fear of being truly known.

You’ll keep carrying what was never yours to hold.

But when you step into this circle — you begin to create new neural pathways of safety, connection, and trust. You don’t just think about healing… you experience it.

Your Facilitator - Julia Sahalie

I’ve walked this path too.

I know the ache of never feeling quite at home — in family, in community, in my own skin.

Through years of therapy, reading a gazillion books, years of trainings, hypnotherapy and somatic sessions, narcissistic abuse, womb surrounds, daily practices and meditations, I’ve found the practices that bring us back to our essence.

Not fixing. Not forcing. Just remembering.

I jumped off the self-improvement band wagon and it made all the difference.

And now I hold this circle for you.

You don’t have to walk this path alone. This is your invitation to come home—to yourself, and to a community that sees you.
