· Ticket Sales: All Ticket Sales Are Final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is made.
· Guests have the option to either print their tickets or present digital tickets at the entrance.
· Venue Policies: 2-Item Minimum: There is a 2-item minimum per guest during the comedy show. This can include food, drinks, or a combination of both.
· Doors Open 1 Hour Prior: Doors to the venue will open 1 hour before the scheduled showtime.
· No-Phone Zone: No Phones During the Show: Joker's Comedy House is a no-phone zone. All electronic devices must be turned off and put away during the performance. Strict No Recording Policy: There is a strict no video/audio recording or photography policy once the show begins. Any violation may result in the removal from the venue. Please not phones are subject to be locked away in yonder bags.
· Dress Code: Clothes must be worn how they were intended to be worn.
