COME DRESSED AS A WITCH ~ Samhain at WitchSchool StoreOctober 31 is our final Saturday in the ByWard Market, and the Market will be alive with Day of the Dead celebrations.
Come to the WitchSchool Store.
Meet the witches.
Wander through the Store.
Hang around on the patio classroom and ceremonial space.
Honour the lands we are on and lands of our Ancestors.
Come dressed as a witch if the spirit moves you.
We’ll have local apples picked to give away, and we’ll be getting ourselves ready for the Coven Ball later that night.
At WitchSchool, we mark Samhain ~ the old Celtic fire festival and a time to honour the dead before us.
We remember those who have passed from our lives and who seem to return a little closer at this time of year ~ in our dreams, our memories and the stories we still tell about them. Where we call it the 'Thinning of the Veils'.
And as the ByWard Market marks Day of the Dead, we welcome the many traditions of remembering those who have died.
The Witches, The Brujas, The Wise Ones.
The witch-curious people, friends and families are welcome here.
