Come Back to Yourself: A Reset Night + Sound Bath

If your mind’s been loud or you just haven’t felt like yourself lately, this is your sign to slow down for a second.

This isn’t a super structured, intimidating class. It’s more like a gentle reset.

We’ll move a little, breathe a little deeper than usual, and actually give yourself space to check in instead of just pushing through everything. I’ll guide you through some light movement, breathwork, and reflection around “me vs me”—the version of you that’s growing vs the patterns that keep pulling you back.

We’ll end with a sound bath so you can fully relax and let everything settle.

Nothing you need to be good at. No pressure. Bring a journal, and a mat. Blankets and eye mask are recommended as well. Come as you are.
