Our trail was deleted, but we will not be defeated!Join Dill Sargent and Sweet Ho Alabama for a 2.5 mile trail exploring the Grove and Central West End featuring healthcare trivia and prizes on trail! Beer and snacks are provided by the hares so all of your $5 hash cash will be donated to Missouri Abortion Fund. You can also donate (and/or if you really want to go hard for healthcare you can join our team) here: https://fund.nnaf.org/MoVaj
Missouri Abortion Fund supports our most vulnerable people who face impossible choices—between paying for care or covering basic needs. Funds like this allow people freedom to control their health and bodies rather than end up trapped by their inability to pay to travel, take off work, enlist childcare support, and pay hundreds out of pocket for out of state procedures.
A hash is a kind of "hare and hounds" game. The hares (Kristin and Laura) will lay a trail of flour, chalk, and toilet paper for everyone else to follow. There are dead ends and false trails to confuse and slow down the pack. Somewhere on trail there is a beer stop, with water and beer before continuing trail. In the end, we all wind up together at the On-In where we circle up, sing songs, drink, snack, and have a good time. People of all genders welcome!
Q: What if I've never hashed before?
A: This is a great opportunity to check it out! This trail is not an official hash and won't count for attendance with any kennel.
Q: What if I don't run?
A: Lots of us walk, all levels of ability and activity are welcome!
Q: What if I don't drink?
A: Lots of us don't! Water and NA beers are also provided.
Q: This sounds fun but I can't make it.
A: That's not technically a question but we'll miss you! You can donate here without attending (https://fund.nnaf.org/MoVaj) and check out Big Hump's regular hashes (https://www.big-hump.com) if you'd like to join another time.
Q: What if I want people who can become pregnant to have to stay pregnant against their will, even if it means they d*e, so there is no such thing as safety or opportunities to enjoy s*x without the risk of de*th?
A: This isn't the trail for you, homes.
